These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jitawim ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the jitawim website and any of its associated services — including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotions, and payment facilities — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1.2 Severability

2.1 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

2.2 One Account Policy

Where duplicate accounts are identified, jitawim reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, consolidate or void balances, and permanently ban the associated player from the platform.

2.3 Account Security

You must not share your login details with any third party. jitawim will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately via live chat if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jitawim may require identity verification at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing compliance review. Documents that may be requested include:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 3 months)

jitawim processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not charge deposit fees on supported payment methods; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jitawim accepts no responsibility.

3.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. jitawim does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before a withdrawal request is approved, the player's account must be fully KYC-verified and all applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses must be satisfied.

3.2 Declined Transactions

jitawim reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, jitawim may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

3.3 Currency

All account balances are maintained in BDT. jitawim does not offer multi-currency wallets. Any conversion fees incurred by your bank or payment provider when funding your jitawim account are your sole responsibility.

jitawim offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period; unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire automatically upon the deadline.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to verified, active jitawim accounts unless otherwise specified. jitawim reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through irregular play patterns, the use of multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or any other strategy designed to abuse the promotional structure will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings. Repeat offenders may have their accounts permanently closed.

4.4 Seasonal and BPL Promotions

By using the jitawim platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jitawim platform:

• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game or sports bet.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially criminal activity.

• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

Violation of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all account balances and bonus funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

jitawim is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, claim a bonus, or place any wager on the jitawim platform. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of their location or the laws of their jurisdiction.

7.1 Voluntary Closure

During a self-exclusion period, jitawim will take reasonable steps to ensure that no new accounts are opened by the same individual.

7.2 Closure by jitawim

jitawim reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• The player has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The player has engaged in any form of bonus abuse or collusion.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to jitawim.

Where an account is closed by jitawim due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at jitawim's discretion. The player will be notified of the closure and the reason where permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jitawim, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or downtime affecting access to the platform.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes subsequently corrected, or delays in live betting data.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Any action or omission by a third-party payment provider.

jitawim makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

8.1 Force Majeure

jitawim shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, telecommunications failures, or widespread internet outages.

8.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jitawim and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the platform, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

8.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and jitawim with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.
